Bangor Travel Services Disclosure Notice
Bangor Travel Services (THE AGENCY) is acting solely as intermediary and agent for the suppliers, i.e., the PRINCIPALS identified in the attached or accompanying documents (including all website content); in selling service or in accepting reservations or booking for all travel services that are not directly supplied by the Agency including but not limited to air transportation, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, and cruises. The Agency, therefore, shall not be liable or responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such PRINCIPALS, which result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or to your travel companions or group members. Nor will the Agency be liable for any funds received from you and paid over to any PRINCIPAL which subsequently becomes insolvent or files bankruptcy or similar proceedings or fail to deliver services to you. Unless the term "GUARANTEED" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, the Agency does not guarantee any of the rates, bookings, or reservations of the PRINCIPAL. The Agency shall not be liable or responsible for any injuries, damages or loss caused to you due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments outside the Agent's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, you voluntarily assume all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. You are hereby warned of such risks, and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
